Daniel X. Zhang

Daniel’s practice includes all areas of U.S. immigration law with focus on employment-based immigration matters including: B1 OCS, C1/D, E, H, L, O, P, Q, and TN non-immigrant visa classifications; U.S. Coast Guard exemptions/determinations; PERM labor certification applications; I-140 immigrant petitions under EB-1(A, B and C), EB-2 and EB-3 classifications; I-526 EB-5 petitions for both direct and regional center projects. Daniel also handles family-based immigration, consular visa processing, and outbound migration matters.

Daniel is a board certified specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Originally from China and having worked for a major international law firm in Hong Kong, Daniel has been a Houstonian for over 18 years. Having represented many large and multinational companies, Daniel is experienced in advising corporate clients on immigration strategy, compliance, and procedure and process to ensure all immigration matters are handled seamlessly and efficiently. Being an immigrant himself and appreciating the opportunities that this country has offered him, Daniel is committed to helping every individual accomplish immigration goals and achieve the American Dream.

Daniel has been an invited speaker on immigration topics at seminars for lawyers and other professionals and community events, and has written articles on various immigration subjects. At home, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife, son, daughter, dogs, hamsters, fish, etc.
