Immigration Update: COVID-19 UK & Ireland (E-Blast)

President Trump issued a proclamation extending the European travel ban to include the United Kingdom and Ireland. The restrictions on the United Kingdom and Ireland are effective March 17, 2020.

As a reminder, entry is suspended for persons who have been to the Schengen Area, United Kingdom, Ireland, China, or Iran within the 14 days prior to seeking entry to the U.S. Limited exceptions apply, including but not limited to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, and certain close family members of U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent residents.
