Family Immigration

Martin provides legal services for cases involving family relative petitions, adjustment of status, consulate processing and wavier applications. Martin leverages his Spanish speaking skills in offering his services for these immigration matters.

Degreed Professionals (EB-1A, NIW, O-1)

In his practice, Martin services degreed professionals seeking to apply for a EB-1A, O-1 or EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) visa based on their work in their field. Martin is a child of Mexican immigrants and was the first person in his family to graduate from a 4-year university, La Universidad de Texas. In this context, Martin relies on his love of learning to engage with and understand his client’s field and work experience because he believes diligence increases the chance of success.

Complex Immigration Cases

Martin provides legal services in more complex immigration cases, including removal proceedings, detainment, administrative and federal appeals, and federal litigation for complaints filed against immigration–related government agencies. Martin also advises on immigration cases that have serious criminal complications (Crimmigration). In these matters, Martin utilizes his broad immigration experience as well as his legal knowledge and training from his highly ranked law school, Washington University School of Law, to fight for desired results and represent the best interest of his clients.
