Dhiraj’s expertise is spread across various nonimmigrant visa classifications, specifically in employment based petitions. Apart from working with small to medium sized companies Dhiraj also works with fortune 500 and 100 companies. Keeping with the work classification Dhiraj has developed a niche in convincing the immigration service of the extra-ordinary ability, national interest, outstanding contributor and outstanding research of certain exceptional foreign nationals who were left with few other options to continue lawful employment in the U.S.
Dhiraj had effectively assisted a fortune 100 company through a department of labor wage and hour audit to ensure a more than satisfactory outcome for the company.
For the drilling vessels of the oil and gas sector Dhiraj has a created a formula for securing temporary work visas with waiver approvals for individuals who have a colorful past but have since begun working in off shore industry. As part these visa classifications our offices liaise with the United States Coast Guard to secure the necessary permissions prior to submitting the applications with the relevant immigration departments.
Dhiraj also has a varied experience in immigration defense and has helped clients obtaining voluntary departure, asylum and cancellation of removal. He has successfully appealed cases where the immigration service has alleged marriage fraud and has many immigrant waiver approvals on behalf of his clients.
Being a non-immigrant himself, Dhiraj helps his clients navigate through the complicated and sometimes convoluted immigration process in a calm and structured manor. Dhiraj lives in the suburbs with his wife and toddler son and actively participates in tennis, badminton and cricket tournaments in the Houston area.
Along with riding his motorcycle as often as possible Dhiraj loves to float down the Guadalupe river and snow board once a year as recreation.
